Provisions of this Law shall cover the following:
First:
1. Works of Saudi and Non-Saudi authors published, produced, performed, or
displayed for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Works of Saudi authors published, produced, performed, or displayed for the
first time outside the Kingdom.
Second: Works of broadcasting organizations and producers of audio
recordings and performers.
Third: Works copyrighted pursuant to international agreements or treaties on
copyright protection to which the Kingdom is party.
