DISCONNECTION AND DISCONTINUANCE OF SUPPLY
9-1 The Licensee shall not disconnect any supply connection or discontinue the supply or District
Cooling Service to any installation except as permitted by, and in accordance with, the
Electricity Law, its licence, this Code or Supply Agreement.
9-2 The Licensee shall report to the Authority any incidence of discontinuance of service, other
than on mutual agreement between the Consumer and Licensee.
