1. A bequest or part thereof may be rejected by a competent legatee after the testator’s death. 2. A bequest or part thereof may be rejected by the guardian of an incompetent person with the permission of the court. 3. A bequest or part thereof that is bequeathed to a legal person may be rejected by the person entitled to reject it in accordance with applicable provisions. 4. A bequest made for a mosque or an endowment may be rejected in whole or in part by the mosque’s supervising entity or the endowment’s administrator.
