If a spouse fails to fulfill the conditions of the other spouse in accordance with the provisions
of Article 27 of this Law, the latter may request the dissolution of the marriage contract at
any time, unless he or she explicitly forfeits such right.
In case of non-fulfillment by the husband, the dissolution shall be without compensation; in
case of non-fulfillment by the wife, the compensation shall not exceed the dowry.
