Any aggrieved party may appeal the decisions of SAMA before the competent court within 60 days from
the date of being aware of such decision.
Chapter 6 Violations and Disputes Article 31
The competent court shall resolve disputes arising from the implementation of the provisions of this
Law and its Implementing Regulations, review violations of their provisions and impose the penalties
provided for in this Law.
