The Governor shall appoint qualified officers to perform the following:
1. Inspection and monitoring.
2. Investigation of violations of the provisions of this Law.
3. Public prosecution before the competent court.
The Regulations shall specify the procedures regulating the enforcement of this Article in conformity
with the nature of these tasks and in a manner not in conflict with the provisions of the Law of Criminal
Procedure.
