The finance company shall disclose to its customers, prior to entering into contract, the discount in case
of early repayment to bind parties upon agreement and when resorted to by virtue of a contract, law or
a judicial ruling. The Regulations shall specify the criteria for discount in case of early repayment in an
equitable manner.
