In order to consider an application for an operational license of an agricultural facility,
23| Implementing Regulations of the Agriculture Law
the following documents shall be attached:
1. A copy of the construction license of the agricultural facility; and
2. A technical report from the Ministry or its designee, including the implementation
rates in the facility, or an aerial photograph indicating the same.
