The expansion of an agricultural facility and its activities shall not entail any reduction
of the approved legal distances therein. Said expansion shall be deemed as an integral
part of the original facility, and shall be equally treated. It shall also be constructed on
the same land and without separators such as roads or the like. To consider an
application for expansion, the following documents shall be attached:
1. A valid license of the facility;
2. Two technical reports on the original facility and the expansion, using the forms
approved by the Ministry, and including the coordinates and the title deed of the land
or lease contract of the expansion;
3. A cadastral survey report from a certified engineering office, indicating the
components of the original facility and of the expansion and the distances
therebetween as per the nature of the activity;
4. A technical and economic feasibility study of the facility or filling out the form
approved by the Ministry; and
5. Approval of the relevant agencies as per the activity and location of the facility.
