In order to consider an application for transfer of ownership of an agricultural facility,
the following documents shall be attached:
1. A technical report, using the form approved by the Ministry for transfer of ownership
and licensing of a facility, or an aerial photograph of the facility; and
2. Transfer of ownership documents;
The new license shall be issued for the remaining period of the previous license.
