A service provider/agricultural practitioner shall comply with the practices, procedures,
conditions, controls, and specifications set out in the guides issued by the Ministry, such
as the Biosecurity Guide for Shrimp Culture in the Kingdom, the Biosecurity Guide for
Fish Culture, the National Guide for Exporting Aquatic Products, the Detailed Guide
for Importing Aquatic Organisms for Aquaculture Purposes into the Kingdom, the
Guide to Aquaculture Controls, the Requirements for the Quality of Farmed Fish
Products (SAMAQ), and the Guide to National Aquaculture Policies and Practices
issued by the Ministry.
