The Ministry shall regulate fish circulation inside the port, pursuant to the necessary
conditions and procedures, including the following:
1. Landing fish as per the applicable marketing systems inside the port;
2. Implementing fish quality control standards and the Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Point System (HACCP);
3. Implementing the approved conditions for fish preservation, transfer and circulation;
and
4. Keeping and making accessible fish circulation records to specialists upon request.
