1. Female cattle shall not be exported without obtaining the Ministry’s authorization. 2. Parties concerned with animal resources shall not slaughter female cattle except with an authorization issued and approved by the Ministry or its designee in the following cases: females that are sterile, unfit for breeding, unproductive, or suffering from fractures or tumors; elderly females aged five years in sheep and goats, eight years in cows, and 15 years in camels; females and herds that the Ministry has decided to dispose of.
