The Ministry or its designee shall register, number and vaccinate the different animal
resources, including animal wildlife organisms, in accordance with the following
provisions:
1. Preparing and distributing a database of their numbers throughout the Kingdom, in
coordination with the relevant agencies; and
2. Specifying techniques for registration and tracking thereof.
