To maintain the confidentiality of communications, protect the user,s
information and confidential documents, and continue to provide him with
services, CST shall:
1. Issue relevant policies, controls and directives;
2. Follow up on the service provider,s compliance to ensure that he abides by
the stipulations made in this regard by CST or relevant agencies.
