Without prejudice to the competencies of other agencies and the provisions of
relevant laws, CST shall issue rules and provisions for the governance of user
data and other information related to telecommunications and information
technology services, and for maintaining the privacy of his information and
documents, comprising the following:
1. Basic principles for protecting the user,s information and documents;
2. Time periods required to protect the user,s information and documents;
3. Information protection policy; and
4. Obligations of service providers to maintain the confidentiality of user
information and documents.
