In implementation of the provisions of Article 34 of the Law, any service provider
may – in the event of a dispute – submit a request to CST to settle the dispute,
including the following:
1. Data of the parties;
2. A statement of the facts of the dispute;
3. Applicant’s grounds;
4. Applicant’s requests; and
5. Any additional data, information or documents required by CST as part of
its need to complete the dispute resolution process.
