Implementing Regulations of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law

The person in charge of dispute resolution shall draw up a report containing the following: 1. Date of dispute resolution; 2. Name of the person in charge of dispute resolution; 3. Names and background information of the parties to the dispute resolution; 4. A summary of the facts and requests of the parties; 5. An account of the dispute resolution agreed upon by the parties and all terms thereof; and 6. Method of enforcing dispute resolution.
