Implementing Regulations of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law

1. The Board shall classify licenses, registrations, and permits related to the telecommunications and information technology sector and set the terms and conditions for each class. The Board shall observe clarity and inclusiveness and shall take into account that the classification includes the following: a. Designation of the telecommunications and information technology markets available for each classification in the sector; b. Conditions and requirements for obtaining a license, registration, permit, or any other regulatory instruments. 2. The Board may set an upper limit for the number of licenses, registrations or permits issued by CST in specific markets within the sector.
