CST may reject an application for renewal of license, registration, permit, or any other regulatory instruments, or cancel, suspend or amend any thereof in the following cases: 1. Breach any terms of the license, registration, permit or other regulatory instruments; 2. Fail to pay licensing, registration, permit, or any other regulatory instruments fees, as provided for in the Law; 3. Fail to practice the activity for a period of 12 months – or more – continuously or intermittently, without a justified reason to be accepted by CST; 4. Carry out activities that endanger security, public interest, or public health; 5. Release the license, registration, permit or other regulatory instruments, without CST’s approval.
