Implementing Regulations of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law

1. CST shall, upon issuing its decision – according to Article 4 of these Regulations –, observe that said decision positively impact the telecommunications and information technology sector, without prejudice to the requirements of public interest and the regulation and supervision of the sector. 2. Prior to issuing any decision according to Article 4 of these Regulations, a service provider shall be notified in writing of the draft decision to be made and the grounds thereof, and shall be given a period of not less than 15 days and not more than 30 days from the notification date to express the service provider’s views on such procedure. 3. CST shall take the necessary measures to ensure service continuity when necessary.
