Implementing Regulations of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law

1. The Board shall issue a decision to appoint inspectors – upon the recommendation of the Governor – in accordance with Paragraph (1) of Article 25 of the Law. 2. Persons who are licensed or authorized to provide the service, registrants with CST or their employees, or persons suspected of violating the provisions of the Law or the Regulations shall allow the inspector to perform his duties and shall not prevent or obstruct him from carrying out inspection work during working hours. 3. When the inspector is prevented or obstructed – in violation of the provision of Paragraph (2) of this Article –, this inspector shall record said action in a report to be submitted to CST for taking necessary measures in accordance with the Law and Regulations.
