Implementing Regulations of the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law

An inspector shall submit a request to the Governor to suspend the service subject of the violation as a precautionary measure if service continuity can cause any of the following: 1. Damage to the user, whether this damage is material or moral; 2. Infringement of another service provider’s rights; 3. Occurrence of a crime that requires reporting to the competent authorities; 4. Violation of any of the terms of the license, registration, permit or any other regulatory instruments.
