1. CST shall hold the seized items until a committee’s decision is issued. In the event that the offender objects to the decision before the competent court, the seized items shall continue to be held until a final court ruling is rendered. 2. When the competent court issues a final ruling on the validity of the committee’s decision, or when no objection is made to the decision within the statutory period, CST may carry out any of the following procedures: a. Destroy the seized items by a committee formed by the governor and composed of not less than three members, by way of a destruction report; b. Re-export the seized items to the importing country at the offender’s expense.
