1. The Governor may issue a decision to suspend the service subject of the
violation as a precautionary measure pursuant to the request referred to
him, in accordance with Article 83 of these Regulations, provided that said
decision includes the following:
a. Data of the offending service provider;
b. Date of suspension of violating service;
c. Legal or technical reasons for suspending the violating service; and
d. The time limit for suspending the violating service.
2. CST shall notify the service provider of the decision to suspend the service
as a precautionary measure; CST may coordinate with or seek assistance
from the competent authorities when necessary. The Governor may, at his
discretion, grant an offending service provider a time limit to remedy the
violation. The service provider shall notify CST of the procedure he has taken
in this regard within the time limit specified by CST.
