1.A petition for reversal of judgment shall be made through a brief filed with the court of appeals which rendered or affirmed the judgment. Such appeal shall include the name and address of each litigant, the judgment objected to, its number, date, grounds for objection, requests, signature of the appellant and date of filing. 2.The court of appeals shall enter the brief in the relevant record on the date of filing and refer the same along with a copy of the case record and all documents to the Supreme Court within a period not exceeding three days from the end of the objection period.
