An objection before the Supreme Court shall not stay execution of judgment unless otherwise provided by law. The court may
order provisional stay of execution of judgment if petitioned to do so in the brief and if execution of said judgment would result in
grave and irreparable harm. If the court orders stay of execution, it may require a security or a solvent guarantor, or whatever it
deems appropriate, to protect the rights of the respondent.
