If the Supreme Court grants the objection in form, it shall determine its subject matter based on available documents, without
discussing the facts of the case. If the court is not satisfied with the grounds of the objection, it shall affirm the judgment or
reverse it in whole or in part –as the case may be –stating grounds therefor, and return the case to the rendering court to rule
thereon anew by a different judge. If the judgment is appealed for the second time and the case is ready for judgment, the court
shall rule thereon and its judgment shall be deemed final.
