A person harmed by an unlawful action may file before the competent court a summary suit to halt said action. The judge shall
issue an injunction if he is convinced of the justifications. Such an injunction shall have no effect on the original right, nor may it
serve as evidence therefor. A person disputing the same may resort to court as provided for in this Law.
