The appointment of a receiver shall be by agreement of all concerned parties. The judge shall make the appointment if no
agreement is reached. The judgment for receivership shall specify the obligations, rights and powers of the receiver. If the
judgment is silent on the matter, the provisions of this Law shall apply.
