Order and management of a court session are vested with its chairman, who may remove any person disturbing the session
from the courtroom. If said person fails to abide by the court’s order, the court may immediately order his imprisonment for a
period not exceeding twenty four hours, and such order shall be final. The court may, at any time before the end of the session,
retract said
order.
