All judgments shall be entered in the judgment record, unless otherwise decided by the Supreme Judicial Council, and keptin
the case file. A certified copy of the judgment shall be given to the accused, the prosecutor and the claimant of private right, if
any. Upon the judgment becoming final, it shall be formally communicated to whomever the court deems appropriate.
