1.Sentences imposing death, amputation, stoning or qisas in cases requiring capital punishment or less shall only be executed
pursuant to an order issued by the King or his designee.
2.Representatives of the governor, the court, the General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, and
the police shall witness the execution of the sentences of death, stoning, amputation, flogging, or qisas in cases requiring
capital punishment or less. The regulations of this Law shall specify necessary procedures.
