1.Where this Law is silent, the provisions of the Law of Civil Procedure and the Law of Evidence shall apply, provided they are
not in conflict with the nature of criminal cases.
2.Without prejudice to paragraph (1) of this Article, electronic means may be used in all service of process mentioned in this
Law, except for service of process involving a detainee or a prisoner.
