The Council of Ministers shall issue the Implementing Regulations of this Law after being drafted by the Ministry of Justice, the
Ministry of Interior, the Supreme Judicial Council and the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution within a period not
exceeding 90 days from the date this Law enters into force.
