Law of Evidence

1. If a person fears the loss of evidence relating to a fact that may be disputed before the court, he may request the inspection and establishment of such evidence. Said request shall be made by means of a summary case filed with the competent court in accordance with applicable procedures. The inspection and establishment of such evidence shall be carried out pursuant to Article 108 of this Law. 2. The court may, in a case filed therewith, appoint an expert to proceed to a Law of Evidence location to inspect and take the statements of any person he deems necessary. The court shall schedule a hearing to hear the litigants’ comments on the expert’s work and report. The rules stipulated in Part 10 of this Law shall be observed. Part 10: Experts
