An expert shall, prior to assuming his duties, disclose any conflict of interest or
any relationship he has with the parties to the case. If he fails to make such
disclosure, the court shall dismiss the expert and order him to return the fees.
The court’s decision shall be final and unappealable, without prejudice to
disciplinary penalties and the right of the concerned parties to seek
compensation from said expert.
