Law of Evidence

1. No person may, without legal justification, prevent an expert from carrying out his task in accordance with the provisions of Article 115 of this Law. In case of obstruction, the expert shall report the same to the court; the court may take any measures it deems necessary, including compelling said person to enable the expert to carry out his task, and, may to this end and if necessary, use force. 2. If the expert faces any obstacle in carrying out his task or needs to expand the scope thereof, he shall report the same to the court which shall take any measure it deems necessary.
