The expert shall return anything he received during the course of his
appointment, including all papers and documents, within 10 days from the date
of completing his task. If he fails to do so without an acceptable justification, the
court shall order him to deliver the same and shall impose a fine not exceeding
ten thousand riyals. The court’s decision shall be final and unappealable.
