Witness testimonies may not be used as proof even if the value of a disposition
obligation does not exceed one hundred thousand riyals, or its equivalent, in
the following cases:
1. If the Law requires that the validity or establishment thereof must be in
writing.
2. If the claim involves the remainder or part of a right which may only be
established in writing.
3. If the testimony contradicts or exceeds the contents of a written evidence.
