Testimony shall be based on anything that has been seen, heard, or inspected.
Testimony by hearsay shall be accepted only in matters that cannot otherwise
be known; this shall include the following:
1. Death.
2. Marriage.
3. Paternity.
4. Absolute ownership.
5. Endowments and wills and the beneficiaries thereof.
