Without prejudice to relevant laws and subject to the Enforcement Law, any
decision or contract concerning the jointly-owned real estate or real estate
complex which the manager makes or concludes in accordance with the powers
vested in him by this Law and upon the approval of the Authority shall be
deemed an enforcement document against the owners. The Regulations shall
determine the relevant procedures.
