1. The owners association shall, in cases specified in the Regulations, appoint
an auditor licensed to operate in the Kingdom.
2. The auditor may, at any time, review the owners association’s books,
records, and other documents, and may request any data and information
he deems necessary. If the auditor encounters any difficulties in this regard,
he shall state the same in a report submitted to the general assembly.
3. The auditor shall prepare an annual report in accordance with recognized
auditing standards and shall submit the same to the general assembly.
