Law of Ownership Subdivision and Management of Real Estate Units

1. If a subdivided real estate unit is leased, the owner shall remain liable before the owners association and others for any breach of rights and obligations relating to the subdivided real estate unit and the common parts, unless agreed otherwise with the lessee. 2. The lessees of a solely-owned real estate whose lease contracts exceed five years may agree with the owner to establish an owners association in Law of Ownership, Subdivision, and Management of Real Estate Units accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and to manage and maintain the real estate in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of this Law.
