Pilotage tariffs for special services shall be 400 SAR per hour or part thereof.
Notes:
Tariffs for additional pilotage services specified in Table (D) item (1.9) are
collected in addition to the tariffs specified in Table (D) item (1.3).
Such tariffs specified in Table (D) item (1.9) shall also apply if the pilot arrives
at the vessel, but his services are not utilized for reasons beyond his control.
