Notes:
Regarding transit and transshipped containers, trailers, or flatbeds in Table (C)
items (4.1) and (4.2), storage tariffs for leaking containers in the designated
area shall be charged at SAR 500 per container per day or part thereof. In
addition, tariffs for shifting of the leaking containers to designated area shall
be charged as specified in Table (C) item (2.7) above.
Regarding transit and transshipped containers, trailers, or flatbeds in Table (C)
items (4.1) and (4.2), storage tariffs for Out-of-Gauge (OOG) / Over-
dimensional -Cargo (ODC) containers shall be charged three times the
standard storage rates.
Storage time in Table (C)(4) is calculated based on the actual number of
storage days, including any public holidays.
Storage free time in Table (C)(4) is calculated from the day of discharge from
the vessel.
Free time in Table (C)(4) shall apply only once to a given Container, Trailer or
Flatbed during each passage through the port, irrespective of any change in
the relevant user or terminal.
Exemptions:
Bulk cargo in silos, including cement, grains, oils, chemicals, and the like, shall
be exempted from storage tariffs in Table (C) item (4.3).
Transshipped cargo at Jazan Port, Yanbu Commercial Port, and King Fahd
Industrial Port in Yanbu shall be exempted from storage tariffs in Table (C)(4)
for three months from the date of unloading.
5 Other ancillary services tariffs for transit and transshipped cargo
Any additional non-maritime services shall be charged and the party requesting
the service shall provide the necessary materials. The actual cost shall be
calculated as per the tariffs for used equipment and manpower according to Table
(D).

Minimum crane tariffs in Table (D) items (1.1.1), (1.1.2), and (1.1.3) shall be as
follows:
o A crane of less than 200 tons: 750 Rate in riyals per trip
o A crane of 200 tons and more: 1000 Rate in riyals per trip
