Tariffs for connecting a refrigerated container or trailer to an electric current, supplying it with fuel, and monitoring its temperature shall be (143) SAR per day or part thereof for the first three days from the date of unloading. Law of Port Service Tariffs and Fees Table (B) Second: Fees Collected from the Owners of Cargo Table (B) Second: Tariffs Collected from the Owners of Cargo 2 Tariffs of handling services for customs inspection 2.1 Tariffs of handling services for customs inspection for imported loaded containers: Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Containers of 20 feet or less per container Containers longer than 20 feet per container Notes: The customs inspection service specified in item (2.1) of Table (B) Second shall include: o Transferring containers to the custom’s x-ray scanning area using the terminal’s trailers. o Transferring the container to the storage area upon completion of x- ray inspection. o Transferring containers, the customs inspection of which does not require the unloading of its contents, to the delivery area. o The handling Tariffs in the event customs release requires the unloading of the contents of the container and reloading them, provided that the cargo is stowed inside the container in a way that permits unloading and reloading the contents mechanically using handling equipment. Regarding item (2.1) of Table (B) Second, any instance of container rescanning request due to cargo owner documentation error shall be charged at (577) SAR per container. This tariff shall include Lift-on Lift-off Tariffs, transferring containers to the custom’s x-ray scanning area using the terminal’s trailers and transferring back the container to the storage area upon completion of x-ray inspection. Law of Port Service Tariffs and Fees Table (B) Second: Fees Collected from the Owners of Cargo 3 Tariffs for ancillary services related to the port services for containers, flatbeds and trailers 3.1 Tariffs of container/trailer destuffing or stuffing: Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Destuffing the contents of containers/trailers per unit Stuffing containers/trailers per unit In addition to the Tariffs specified in items (3.1.1) and (3.1.2) above, the following amounts shall be collected if the cargo are stacked inside the container in a manner in which handling equipment cannot be used: Containers of 20 feet or less per container Containers longer than 20 feet per container 3.2 Palletization at CFS including pallet cost shall be charged (88) SAR per pallet. 3.3 Failure of the owner of cargo to attend on the agreed upon time for customs inspection of the cargo in containers shall result in returning the containers to the stacks of imported cargo, setting a new date, and payment of a tariff of (257) SAR for each operation. 3.4 Transferring the contents of a container or trailer to another container or trailer and stacking and stowing them (for non-customs purposes): Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Non-refrigerated per unit Refrigerated per unit 3.5 Any additional requirement for Lift on/Lift off (LoLo) services requested by the cargo owner for O/D containers or flatbeds within the boundaries of the port shall be charged as follows, excluding LoLo Tariffs included in the Terminal Handling Tariffs: Law of Port Service Tariffs and Fees Table (B) Second: Fees Collected from the Owners of Cargo Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Lift-on for O/D container/flatbed per movement Lift-off for O/D container/flatbed per movement 3.6 Any additional requirement for trailer movement of O/D containers or flatbeds within the terminal requested by the cargo owner shall be charged (214) SAR per unit, excluding trailer movement included in the Terminal Handling Tariffs.
