Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 15(3) of this Law, if a dispute arises
between service providers, any of the service providers may refer the dispute
to the Commission for amicable settlement. If the settlement is not accepted,
or if a period of 30 days lapses without reaching a settlement, the service
provider may resort to the competent court. The Regulations shall determine
the procedures for amicable settlement.
