The Commission shall have the power to set the rules and controls for the
following:
a- Announcing, promoting, or amending tariffs.
b- Entering into agreements with service providers outside the Kingdom
for the provision of international roaming services or any other service.
c- Creating, selling, promoting, or using calling cards.
