Service providers as well as distributors or sub-service providers contracted
therewith and related parties who are authorized under this Law to provide
telecommunications and information technology services shall provide the
data, information, and documents required by the Ministry or the Commission
in accordance with their respective jurisdictions, subject to the provisions of
this Law and the Regulations.
